S20 transformer refers to oil immersed transformer, S is three-phase, 20 is transformer performance level code, M represents fully sealed, KVA represents the rated capacity of the transformer, 10/0.4 refers to the rated high voltage side of the transformer being 10kV and the low voltage side being 0.4kV.
